If you're a First Time Buyer

There is no charge for our initial meeting at which I will assess your mortgage needs and show you how to proceed with the house buying process. I will show you how much you can borrow, what your costs and expenses will be and how different types of mortgage work. After a meeting with me you will know what is expected of you as a purchaser and also what roles the Lender, Solicitor, Estate Agent and Vendor will play. You will know the order in which things happen and the time scales involved.

Are you a Home Mover, or thinking of Buying to Let?

Again there is no charge for our initial meeting where I will make an assessment of your needs and requirements. I can help you if you want to Buy to Let or Let to Buy. And if you are Self Employed, with or without accounts I have lenders who will be pleased to help you. I advise on Right to Buy and can assist you if you have had, or are experiencing credit or financial problems.

Are you considering a Remortgage?

Many lenders offer remortgages with all your costs paid. You may have come to the end of a fixed or discounted rate of interest with your current mortgage lender. I can help if you are paying more for your mortgage than you think you should, or you would like to raise capital for home improvements, buy other property, or to consolidate debt.
